work prospects are growing. To spearhead this initiative,
the firm seeks an experienced solicitor-side practitioner
with background in reorganizations and restructurings; and
insolvency-related lending, financing, and mergers and
acquisitions. Some security enforcement and creditors’
remedies background, is welcome.
