POSITION:
For contracts, we seek lawyers with exp in disclosure
documents (drafting or reviewing), franchise agreements,
leasing, licensing, and enforcement - default notices and
warning letters etc (drafting or responding).
Corporate-commercial and employment law relating to
franchise, an asset. Possible hire. .
TERM: Contract
