POSITION:
Handling diverse and complex leasing deals including big box
and anchor leases. Preparation, review and negotiation of
varied leasing documents incl offers to lease, leases and
supporting paralegals in same. Advising on lease
interpretation and on landlord's rights and remedies,
general assignments resulting for tenant transactions.
Maintenance of precedent bank and assisting with
construction lien matters.
TERM:
Permanent position.
CANDIDATE:
A member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada
with 2-4 years experience practicing real estate law in a
firm or company with an emphasis on commercial leasing.
