POSITION:
Legal
Counsel to join a legal team providing claims-related
litigation services. You will handle an independent file
load in the areas of accident benefits, bodily injury and
property loss claims. Focus on high-level accident benefits
work.
TERM:
Permanent position.
CANDIDATE:
Candidate will have substantial experience defending
property and casualty insurance claims either in private
practice or in-house. Accident benefits experience and
interest are appreciated. You have good people skills, which
are a high priority in the corporate culture.
