Securities Associate with a busy national law firm.

CANDIDATE:
You are an established securities practitioner with a part or full practice and have the ability to continue to build some securities practice on your own. You have solid academic credentials and sound training in a wide variety of securities matters including corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and corporate governance, gained from a firm or financial institution.
