This leading national firm wants you to take on an important role within its tax group. The firm has an extensive client base ranging from large international and domestic corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups. You will be involved in providing tax advice on a diverse range of corporate and personal tax issues, including international transactions, tax shelters, corporate reorganizations, investments structuring, public financing and estate planning. If you are a self-starter, who is equally adept at running with a matter on your own or as being part of a team and have superior business development and drafting skills, this may be the opportunity for you.
