POSITION:
Our Client, a large full-service law firm, is also looking bring in a partner level construction law (solicitor side) candidate to join its construction law group. Representing property owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, engineering firms, and financial investors on major infrastructure and development projects, the team is well-versed in project financing, procurement and tendering, performance guarantees and bonds and construction related operational issues. The ideal candidate will be a senior lawyer with a part or full book of business and an expertise on construction contracting and in the negotiation and drafting of project documents to help protect the firm clients and reduce potential liability.

TERM:
Permanent position.
