The cross-border team of this global firm needs you for either its capital markets work and/or mergers and acquisitions. Here you will support US and Canadian investment banks and a wide variety of companies in either general corporate/M&A deals or in connection with public and private offerings of securities in the United States. Learn from major cross-disciplinary global deals. The work delegation process is aimed at fostering early-stage associate client contact and file responsibility. Office and practice group transfers, and associate sabbaticals are offered.
