Leading full service law firm is looking for a mid to senior associate with excellent information technology contracting experience to join its team. The firm acts for a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major multi-national corporations, in the information technology and telecommunications sectors. Here, you’ll get the business understanding and mentorship you desire, as you work to assist high tech clientele with a variety of technology contracts, including outsourcing agreements, development agreements, joint venture arrangements, and licensing and distribution arrangements.
