POSITION:
The downtown Toronto office of a national law firm requires an associate to work on the regulatory and litigation aspects of energy and environmental law. The ideal candidate will be a 3rd to 5th year lawyer with solid academics as well as a strong litigation experience. A clerking background with an appellate court or tribunal and/or experience in the environmental regulatory area would be considered a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading professionals in the energy/environmental field and represent major corporate and public sector clients in regulatory proceedings before the courts and tribunals. TERM:
Permanent position.
