POSITION:
Corporate Associate(s) for a general corporate practice, including: take-overs; M&As, reorganizations, and joint ventures and focused practice areas, including: insurance; investment funds and financial services; international equity offers and capital markets; tax; and energy projects.

CANDIDATE:
You possess strong academic credentials and are a well-rounded corporate lawyer with significant hands-on transactional experience, an entrepreneurial spirit looking to be challenged, and excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen. Corporate generalists are encouraged.
