POSITION:
Mid-level Corporate Securities (Capital Markets) Associate.
TERM:
Permanent position CANDIDATE:
You are a 3+ year corporate securities
lawyer, with a strong academic background, solid capital
markets experience gained at a leading firm or financial
institution, and the ability to work with major clients
and other practice groups in the firm providing high level
specialist advice and innovative solutions. A commercial
approach, high-level communication skills and the ability
to develop strong client relationships are essential to
this position as is the ability to work within a team environment.
