POSITION:
Our Hamilton client’s dynamic Advocacy Group is looking for a mid-level associate, who has strong academic credentials, and an ability to relate to clients, think on his/her feet in court and efficiently manage files. The right candidate will also possess some knowledge of real property, including knowledge of how a transaction is done, how to read a title, the types of encumbrances one sees on a title, what they are and what they are used for.
