Our client, a major national law firm, is looking for a mid-level associate to join its Banking & Lending Group. The Group is one of the largest in Canada and acts for many domestic and international banks and other financial institutions on all types of transactions including: asset-based lending; securitization; project finance; real estate finance; and debt and mezzanine financing. Collaborative team-work and a positive attitude drive the high-quality work in this firm.
