The Hamilton Office is also seeking a Senior Municipal Lawyer with extensive experience in municipal, planning, expropriation, regulatory law and litigation. The Municipal Group has well-established clientele and plenty of work. It represents numerous public and private sector clients in a broad range of municipal work, including land-use planning and development approvals, development charges, expropriations, assessment appeals, and municipal restructuring. This is an excellent opportunity to move into an established practice and help it grow.
