POSITION:
An experienced commercial real estate lawyer who can jump right in and handle corporate/ commercial matters as well. The position calls for a well rounded lawyer who can advise clients on all aspects of the transaction and then proceed to perform the necessary due diligence, prepare the documentation and close the deal.

TERM:
Permanent position

CANDIDATE:
You are an experienced commercial real estate lawyer and have had carriage of many complex real estate transactions. Preferably, your experience also extends into the corporate/ commercial area and you have also represented clients on sophisticated financing transactions. A portable practice is welcomed, but not essential.

ORGANIZATION:
Law firm with established institutional and corporate client base.
