POSITION:
A patent agent working with a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of legal services, the ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in software patent prosecution and either a mechanical engineering or electrical engineering background. Related experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to mechanical or electrical inventions is preferred.

TERM:
Permanent position.
