POSITION:
Junior-to-Mid level corporate commercial associate.

TERM:
Permanent position

CANDIDATE:
You have 1-4 years of experience working on sophisticated corporate commercial transactions including: asset and share purchases, and financing transactions. You have a solid academic record and relevant experience gained at a leading firm or organization.

ORGANIZATION:
A highly profitable major firm with a dynamic and collegial corporate commercial group. The firm acts for a wide range of clients from small entrepreneurial organizations to large private and public companies.
