POSITION:
Our client, a national law firm, is looking for a mid-level associate to join its renowned pensions team. You will assist clients with their pension plans, retirement savings plans, profit-sharing plans, employee group benefit plans, and a wide variety of other employee and executive compensation programs to develop practical legal and business solutions. You will also work to provide pension and benefit advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Several of this firm’s pension lawyers are known as leading practitioners in Canada. Learn from these leaders as you develop your skills.
