POSITION:
This is an insurance defence in-house litigation position involving independent carriage over a large and diverse portfolio.

TERM:
2 months to start, with possibility of extended renewal.

CANDIDATE:
Broad insurance advocacy background is required. Defence background is an asset, as is knowledge of both Accident Benefits and Tort litigation. Solid procedural experience in the form of discoveries, motions, pre-trial, and negotiations is required.

ORGANIZATION:
This is major corporation with an established full-service in-house legal department.
