POSITION:
Your job will be – (1) Recruitment and Selection: to focus –on matching legal professionals to positions. Through the use of Advocate's rigorous and customized screening and selection tools you will drive the entire process of order fulfillment from job description posting, through candidate screening, interviewing, presentation, short-listing, offer negotiations, closing, and follow-up. (2) Some guided client development projects in carefully selected sectors and contexts. 

TERM:
This is a permanent position.

You are a lawyer with marketing, client development, or HR background. You relate very well to people and are not afraid to ask questions. You are a good listener. You are adaptable and like to learn new things. You are a driving individual as well as an organized worker. You persevere and focus, and bring matters to close. You take pride in excellent client service and meeting expectations. In-house experience, an asset.

COMPENSATION AND START:
