Jeff Childs is Manager of Research and Projects at Advocate Placement. A 2000 call to the Bar, Jeff has practiced primarily in employment, commercial litigation and research. He completed his Articles at the Ministry of Labour and that experience, as well as his subsequent experiences in the private sector, has given him a distinct knowledge of employment issues and the legal employment market which he applies to APL ’s Contract and Project Division.

Jeff is an avid and eclectic student of history, studying everything from the fall of Rome to modern times. Other interests include movies, music, and cheering the Maple Leafs. A connoisseur of fine beer and better Blues (music that is), Jeff is frequently spotted at various pubs throughout Toronto.
